These are pieces already pre-finished in our studio. The order is dispatched within 4 business days after payment confirmation.
The production period is the time we need to prepare and ship the order (up to 4 business days depending on the model). We need this time to ensure your jewelry is in the correct size, with perfect setting, and with your personalized internal engraving.
The delivery period is determined by Correios (Brazilian Post Office) according to your zip code, calculated at checkout and also on the jewelry's product page.

At checkout, simply enter your zip code to check the delivery time provided by the Post Office.
Average delivery times that vary depending on the location:
- Capital cities: 1 to 5 business days
- Rural areas: 2 to 10 business days
We use SEDEX to ensure speed. After posting, we send the tracking code so you can follow each step of the delivery.
Express Shipping (when available for your zip code): once the piece is ready, we send it using the fastest available method (e.g., SEDEX 10 or 12) to minimize transit time.
Availability and delivery times vary by zip code and may change according to the logistics network. Confirm availability through our service channels.
Important: Express Production and Express Shipping are charged separately. Production time does not include delivery time, which depends on the chosen shipping method and your region.
