We offer the first ring sizing adjustment free of charge within 12 months of receiving your order.
To ensure a more accurate measurement, we recommend having your finger measured at a jewelry store with a ring sizer.
Additionally, we include a complimentary ring sizer with your order to facilitate this process. If you prefer, you can also consult our Size Guide.
Vangolden offers a lifetime guarantee regarding the authenticity of the raw materials used in the jewelry, including 18K gold (750 purity), natural and lab-grown diamonds, natural colored stones, and Moissanites.
All orders come with our certificate of authenticity and guarantee, gem certificate (when applicable), and invoice.
Additionally, all jewelry has a legal warranty of 90 (ninety) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code, to cover any manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse;
- Breakage or loss of stones due to improper handling;
- Scratches or natural wear and tear due to continuous use;
- Oxidation or color alteration caused by contact with chemical products (e.g., perfumes, creams, swimming pools);
- Damage due to incorrect storage or lack of periodic maintenance;
- Pieces modified, adjusted, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.

The production time is indicated on each product page.
We have ready-to-ship items with a delivery time of 4 business days after payment confirmation.
The production time for other jewelry may vary depending on the complexity of the piece and the type of gemstone chosen.
Please note that for custom pieces, with original design and made exclusively for the client, the delivery time is also customized and confirmed individually in each quote.
We guarantee that each piece is finished with excellence, respecting the estimated time to maintain the Vangolden standard.
Please note that shipping is not included in this timeframe, as each shipping estimate is based on average delivery times offered by the Post Office.
You will receive an email and WhatsApp message with the tracking code as soon as it is shipped.
Delivery is via SEDEX with insurance against theft and loss, with average delivery times that vary according to location:
- Capital cities: 1 to 4 business days
- Inland: 2 to 10 business days

We work with every type of gemstone currently available on the market (except zirconia). In specific collections, we use natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, moissanite, and other gemstones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, etc.
In each jewelry item's description and under the "technical details" tab, we clearly state the type of stone used, its size, and characteristics. When the gemstone is lab-grown, this is transparently informed; the same applies when it is natural.
