General
We have a collection of incredible pieces specifically ready for delivery with a reduced production time and expedited shipping.
Outside of this collection, each piece of jewelry is produced on demand, especially for each customer.
This process allows us to guarantee the quality, impeccable finish, and exclusivity that are part of the essence of our brand.
At Vangolden, each piece is developed with a focus on authenticity, finish, and durability. The materials and manufacturing processes are detailed in each product's technical specifications, but in general:
Materials: We work with precious metals (18K/750 gold, indicated in the product specifications).
Gemstones: We use selected gemstones (such as natural diamonds and other stones), with information on color, clarity, and cut.
Finish & Quality Control: Each jewel undergoes a manual inspection of soldering, setting, and polishing before shipping.
Transparency: The product page provides composition, measurements, and care instructions so you know exactly what you are buying.
Note: The measurements indicated in the technical details are approximate and may show slight variations.
All our products are shipped in secure packaging customized for the type of jewelry purchased.
You have a few very reliable options to find your ideal ring size:
-
Measuring with a ring sizer (most accurate option)
Go to any jewelry or watch store and ask them to measure your finger with a metal ring sizer.
Ask them to specifically measure the finger on which you intend to wear the ring and note down the reported size (e.g., size 14, 16, 18).
This is the most reliable way to avoid measurement errors.
-
Using a ring you already wear
Choose a ring that fits perfectly on the desired finger.
Measure the internal diameter of this ring with a ruler or caliper (from one internal edge to the other).
Then, simply compare the result with the size guide we provide (diameter x ring size number).
-
Important considerations when measuring
Avoid measuring on very cold days or immediately after physical activity, to avoid distorting the result.
Remember that wider bands may require a slightly larger size for comfort.
If you have any questions, contact us on WhatsApp: we can guide you in choosing the ideal ring size before purchase to minimize the chance of adjustments later.
Production
We have ready-to-ship pieces with a dispatch time of 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Our production time for other jewelry varies depending on the complexity of the piece and the type of gemstone chosen. The production time is indicated on each product page.
For jewelry with high-value and unique natural diamonds, the estimated lead time is over 35 business days, as the selection of these stones and production are carried out in a dedicated manner. Vangolden will always be available to inform the customer about this information.
We guarantee that each piece is finished with excellence, respecting the estimated deadline to maintain the Vangolden standard.
You can also check the lead time on each product page under the "Production & Delivery Time" item.
⚠️ Please note that shipping is not included in this date, as each shipping is stipulated based on average delivery times by the Post Office.
For those with a set date (engagement proposal, trip, party, etc.), we offer an Express Production service for some selected models.
With Express Production:
- Your order is given priority in our production queue;
- The manufacturing time is reduced (subject to availability and technical analysis of the piece);
- The service is charged separately, in addition to the jewelry's price.
To request:
- You can add the "Express Production" service to your cart (when available on the product page) or
- Speak with our team via WhatsApp, informing us of the date you need the jewelry.
⚠️ Important: The express production time does not include the shipping time by mail/carrier, which varies according to the chosen shipping method and your region.

Warranty, Exchange, and Refund
Vangolden offers a lifetime guarantee on the authenticity of the raw materials used in its jewelry, including 18K gold (750 purity), natural and synthetic gems, such as diamonds, colored stones, and Moissanites.
All orders come with our certificate of authenticity and warranty, a gem certificate (when applicable), and an invoice.
In addition, all jewelry has a legal warranty of 90 (ninety) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt, according to the Consumer Protection Code, to cover any manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage caused by drops, impacts, or misuse;
- Breakage or loss of stones due to improper handling;
- Scratches or natural wear and tear due to continuous use;
- Oxidation or color change caused by contact with chemical products (e.g., perfumes, creams, swimming pools);
- Damage due to incorrect storage or lack of periodic maintenance;
- Pieces modified, adjusted, or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
All our jewelry, including customized pieces, comes with a 90-day legal warranty from the date of receipt, as per the Consumer Protection Code. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects, such as casting flaws, setting issues, or structural problems.
Returns due to regret (Catalog items):
You may request a return of catalog items (provided they have not undergone alterations that customize them) within 7 (seven) calendar days after receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code. The product must be unused and include all items sent (packaging, certificate, and accessories).
Exchanges (Catalog items):
Exchanges will only be authorized if the product is unused, with its warranty certificate and original packaging.
Exchanges are not permitted for custom-made/personalized jewelry or jewelry that has undergone repairs, alterations, or modifications. Products showing signs of use, adjustments, damage, or modified by third parties will not be accepted for exchange.
You can find more details in our Refund and Exchange Policy.
No. Personalized jewelry cannot be exchanged or returned, except in cases of manufacturing defect. This is because the piece is custom-made according to the client's unique specifications (such as gemstone type, frame size, engraving, or exclusive design), and cannot be reused or resold.
This rule is in accordance with Article 49, §1 of the Consumer Protection Code, which allows for the restriction of the right of withdrawal for custom-made products.
You can find more details in our Refund and Exchange Policy.
For all returns and exchanges, the item must be sent in its original packaging with all the items sent.
You can see more about our return and exchange policy here.
Vangolden Pure Design offers assistance and repairs for jewelry whose warranty period has expired, upon payment of a service fee, which varies according to the type of repair requested. See the "Maintenance Costs" section or request a personalized quote by contacting us.
To request maintenance, repair, or exchange, it is essential to present the warranty certificate and, in some cases, the stone's certificate.
Certification
All Vangolden Pure Design jewelry comes with a Certificate of Authenticity issued by our atelier, guaranteeing the legitimacy of the raw materials used (such as 18k gold and all natural and synthetic gemstones used).
The Gemological Certificate, on the other hand, is a distinct document: a technical report signed by a gemologist, with a detailed analysis of the gem (weight, cut, color, clarity, and other characteristics).
Due to the current diamond supply scenario in Brazil, especially for smaller gems, individual certificates such as GIA or IGI are not always available, and when they are, they can significantly increase the final value of the jewelry. Therefore, this type of certification is not automatically included with all pieces.
Currently, at Vangolden, we offer recognized gemological certificates in the following situations:
• Lab-grown diamonds: from 1.00 ct, subject to availability;
• Natural diamonds: from 0.30 ct, subject to availability;
• Natural colored gemstones: subject to availability;
-
Moissanite from 0.50 ct.
For other stones, smaller sizes, or specific cases, you can request a Gemological Certificate from our team via WhatsApp. We will assess the feasibility with our partner laboratories, informing you in advance of the additional cost, deadlines, and options so you can decide with full transparency.
Adjustments, Maintenance, Repairs, and Cleaning
We understand that choosing the ideal ring size isn't always easy the first time, and that's perfectly fine. That's why we offer the first resizing free of charge within 12 months of receiving the jewelry.
The free resizing is subject to the technical feasibility of the piece. Pieces with internal engravings or stones around the entire circumference may not allow resizing. For these conditions, the Vangolden team will contact you to clarify the situation.
If needed, please contact our team through our service channels, and we will issue a shipping label for postal delivery.
If the deadline is exceeded or it is not the first resizing, an additional fee will be charged based on a personalized quote + shipping costs for the new resizing.
Our team will perform the resizing within 10 (ten) business days after receiving the piece.
At Vangolden, we believe that every piece of jewelry carries connections, promises, and stories that deserve to be preserved. That's why we created the Continuous Care Program, a way to extend our commitment to you even after the piece is delivered.
This program includes cleaning, polishing, and technical maintenance services, offered under special conditions, both within and outside the warranty period.
Although 18K gold is a noble, durable, and eternal metal, it also deserves attention and care over time.
Before any shipment, our team can perform a technical evaluation via video or photos, advising on the necessity of the service and potential costs, avoiding unnecessary travel. However, if our technical team identifies signs of improper use, drops, or impacts, even if unintentional, gem resetting and repairs to the metal structure will not be included in the free coverage.
During the warranty period
- Simple cleaning and polishing: free
- Original stone resetting: free, provided the original stone accompanies the piece and its certificate (if sent).
- Ring sizing (1st time, up to 12 months): free
- Technical evaluation and remote support: free
After the warranty period
- Cleaning and polishing: free
- Additional ring sizing: personalized quote
- Technical services (soldering, resetting, wear assessment, structure reinforcement, etc.): personalized quote

The customer is responsible for shipping and return shipping costs to our studio (except for the first ring sizing within the 12-month period).
*For customers in São Paulo - Capital, in-person service is available at our studio, by appointment.
For customers in other regions of Brazil:
- We offer a shipping label (paid or free, depending on the service).
- The jewelry must be sent in secure packaging, in its original Vangolden box.
- The piece's progress is tracked via WhatsApp, with notifications at each stage.
Jewelry care
Avoid contact between pieces: Store each piece of jewelry separately, in velvet pouches or boxes with dividers, to prevent scratches and damage.
Protect from humidity and excessive light: Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Avoid contact with chemicals: Remove jewelry before using perfumes, creams, makeup, sunscreen, and cleaning products, as they can damage metals and stones.
Remove during physical activities: Sweat and impacts can harm metals and gemstones.
Be careful with pools and the sea: Chlorine and saltwater can damage metals and precious stones.
In addition to general care, some gemstones require special attention.
Protect your jewelry from impacts on hard surfaces and avoid contact with abrasive materials. Even diamonds—natural or lab-grown—can chip under strong impact.
Moissanite is very durable (high hardness), but it can also chip from knocks and does not tolerate sudden thermal shocks.
Stones like amethyst, emerald, kunzite, opal, pearl, peridot, tanzanite, and tourmaline are delicate and susceptible to scratches. Enamel can also chip when struck. To prevent damage, avoid stacking rings and bracelets that could scratch each other.
Extreme temperatures, perfumes, cosmetics, and household chemicals can compromise the integrity of stones (especially porous ones or those with inclusions/tensions).
For daily cleaning of diamonds (natural or lab-grown) and moissanite, use warm water with mild soap and a soft-bristled brush, rinse thoroughly, and dry with a microfiber cloth.
Pearls should be gently cleaned with a damp cloth, and if worn frequently, annual professional re-stringing is recommended.
Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft-bristle brush. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a soft cloth.
Polishing is the only way to remove scratches from gold jewelry. However, the small scratches that appear over time can enhance the beauty of the piece, telling the story of its use. As polishing removes a thin layer of metal, it is recommended that it be done sparingly throughout the life of the jewel.
To preserve its quality, gold polishing should only be performed by a qualified professional.
