Express Production is an optional service for those who need their jewelry ready faster. By adding this product to your order, your item enters a top priority queue in our factory, reducing the production time from up to 15 business days to up to 7 business days or less.

What this service includes
• Priority in the production of your jewelry on our internal line
• Production time of up to 7 business days for eligible models
• Standard tracking through our service channels

How it works in practice

1. Choose the desired jewelry from the models eligible for Express Production.

2. Add the jewelry to your cart.

3. Also add this "Express Production" product to the same order.

4. Complete the purchase as usual.

5. Our team identifies your order as priority and immediately places your jewelry in the express production queue.

Important deadlines
• This service only reduces the production time.
• The total time until the jewelry reaches you = production + shipping time chosen at checkout.
• Weekends and holidays are not included in the counting of business days.

Terms of use
• Valid only for selected models identified as compatible with Express Production.
• If the order has more than one piece of jewelry, this service applies to a single piece. If you want express production for more than one piece of jewelry, add this service for the same quantity of items.
• Not valid for jewelry with complex customizations, design changes, or fully custom projects (in these cases, our team will advise on specific deadlines).
